There are several things still left unfinished. This version compiles and it runnable on the boards but still needs some revamping when it comes to proper file structure and documentation. Future hal commits will include doxygen documentation (when I add it to main) and will come with some more features and testing. Either way a lot has been done and I'm happy with that regardless if the board's don't have working SD features. I may still be able to test if I port code to the flash memory on the device but that is a lot of work and troubleshooting that may not be worth it if the board doesn't work properly anyways.

Current working things on board:

The chip itself
UART
Bootsel/Flashing
Presumably USB as well (I can program and use USB serial so I assume TinyUSB would work with no problem as well)

setup shared file stuff and more rp2350 file operations 2c1f06a5af

sike to my last commit. just moved all definitions into the hal/*.h files and removed the stupid rp_*.h files. all it needs now is docs and more testing 304c6f34e1
