Added a few things:

USB MSC controller that works alongside the USB HID
Revamped _DISK_INFO to allow for configurable read and write functions so that you can implement any type of device (sd, ramdisk, virtual disk file, etc.)
Added some code to create a public facing virtual disk

reading and writing to disk from USB is complete. needs to be severly optimized (estimated to be like 100-200kb/sec) as it stalls out when trying to do large reads and writes ec844d5e8c

500kb up and down. stuck on usb 1.1 because of stupid rp2350 but it is what it is i guess. redid some of disk.h to make it more flexible with the msc stuff ff688eadf7

refactored alot of msc stuff. added a virtual disk system/example for use with the msc 07e40ffdbf
